Super.com has done nothing to fix this and told me it was my problem to tend to not their problem.
They have not bothered to help with this or refund me my money. No one I've talked about this has actually helped me.
They don't care.
And to believe they are still trying daily to get my money. Everyday sometimes twice a day.
You have charged me $15 and I've canceled the trial and everything with super.com. Since then, I've had nearly 100 attempts to collect more money from me. This is nonsense.

The payment went through on Cash App, but the Super App said it didn't. When I went to push the payment back through, it stated I had an account because it wouldn't take the payment again!
My free trial ends on Oct. 8, 2024, because I was not a member.
I am eligible for the promotion and would like my 20 dollars, as promised. Thanks.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They showed me that it in fact was USD, not CAD. So it appeared as more than I thought it would on my account, I apologize - I was wrong
I got overchaged and since I live in Euorpe there is absoulutley no way for me to get ahold of them! I tried their WhatsApp and email to no response, so I am basically robbed. Scammers

The agent I spoke to told me that she would get back to me within 3 to 5 business days since I contacted her to resolve the issue. It has been 10 business days and she has not contacted me to let me know if the issue was resolved.
I contacted her on October 27th and today is November 8th. I sent her an email this morning and she has not answered.
On top of this, my account was charged an additional $15 for speaking to resolve the issue. She told me that the charge would be reversed, but it has not been.

In general, I would recommend this site again because their prices are very good. I wasnt happy with the no refund policy because I made a mistake online but the company refunded me less a $30 fee.

Verified ReviewerChat Complaint to Super.com (16-May-2024) regarding unacceptable room cancellation
Dear Sirs,
I booked a hotel room via 'Super.com' on Tuesday 14-May-2024, for one-night accommodation (on 15-May) but on arrival at the hotel at 20:45 hrs to check-in (booking ref B_1413****), I was told by the owners that my room was cancelled by them at 16:00hrs, due to a repair issue with my room.
Regrettably, nobody contacted me to advise of the situation between 16:00-20:45hrs, so I arrived at my booked room tired (as I had been up since 03:00hrs traveling/working), and only then informed that I needed to find and book another hotel.
I was advised by the hotel owners (who were on the phone to their main OYO Hotels offices) to arrange the refund, but after 30 minutes of trying to organize the refund, I had no alternative but to find and book another hotel nearby, which as you'd expect, was more expensive.
If you could kindly check and advise of the complaints procedures (i.e., 'no contract of sale of services actually provided'), and what I should do to ensure that I am refunded the £44.67 to my credit card. I quickly checked my booking policy, but there is nothing helpful on the website (Super.com) regarding what happens if the OYO hotel cancels your room at the last minute (on the afternoon of day of check-in), as I believe that this situation is not acceptable under the terms of the sale/contract agreement! Also, I should not have had to start searching myself for an alternate hotel room in the close vicinity, at 21:00hrs in the evening (last night, 15-May-2024), and having to burden the additional costs of £56.20 for another hotel, especially with the stress of being out/away from home, in this dire situation, when I've already been on the go for +18 arduous hours, and only wanting to shower and get straight into bed!
Your earliest response is appreciated, so that I can be assured of (a) a refund, plus (b) an explanation/apology as to why I was not informed of the room becoming unavailable and canceled by the hotel reception/management?

- Nobody informs you when a booked room is cancelled
- Not able to contact anyone when things go wrong
User's recommendation: The super.com online Chat facility was not operational, on the two times I tried to use it (eve of 15-May, and afternoon of 16-May) so impossible to contact anyone!
