Can you understand why I can't get a refund? This is clearly a scam.
They can take your money too easily. I made a non-refundable hotel reservation. However, this policy applies, of course, when the customer changes his or her mind and cancels or changes the reservation. However, in my case, the hotel canceled my reservation.
The reason is according to hotel policy, I cannot extend my stay at the hotel, so I canceled my reservation. However, when I made the reservation, no one even at Super.com made it clear to me that they had such a policy. Even Super.com was not aware of such details about the hotel. So the hotel canceled my reservation and my reservation disappeared.
However, Super.com was not even aware of the cancellation of my reservation. Then they told me that the only way to receive a refund was to fill out documents. However, the hotel says that they can provide the documents if I contact Super.com and ask them to fill out the documents. Also, the hotel said they did not receive any money for my reservation.
However, Super.com says they cannot contact the hotel. They say they are business partners but cannot contact them. They are not refunding me. How can they take my money so easily?
It's clearly a scam. If I don't say this, there will be another victim.
And if you look at it as an individual, it is a small amount of money, but if you extort money from so many people, it will not be a small amount in the end. They have already not refunded me $1000.

Let me just start by saying it super.com is a ripoff they claim to give you credits for doing surveys which are pretty short day than they do and surveys and play game and tasks on that app they give you credit scores your next booking which they do but at the same time once you get the credits they don't actually use them on anything any hotel nothing because of you the third part of it whatever they say they want nothing ever run around and the run around saying different things for answers to hang up on you, they over talk you and if you do something wrong you pay a $15 membership fee for that I've called, and they had told me everything under the sun they tell you two friends and call you back and get your *** yesterday they have to call you back they never did they have I mean you know now we're stuck in the storm, and we're calling to get back home he has to verify it isn't there about my point it's really up there why can't I use I'm supposed to get it what do you mean he is a third party so guess what still clear but with you off it's the worst

Explained to her that I had made the reservation for tonight and not tomorrow.

My reservations did not say cabins. They are 80 yr old and not up to par.
I went back in to see you changed it to cabins on your app. Someone else must have complained. We can use none of the amenities at the holiday Inn as I specifically looked for laundry.
I will shout to the high heavens what a dishonest company you are. I will report you to the BBB as soon as we arrive home from our trip

SUPER.COM is a *** SCAM. I paid for a King Size bed but was moved to a Queen because the room was messed up and smelled like urine.
Super.com told me I am being charged in order to call the hotel to see if my story checks out.
Super.com then told me I have to pay a fee in order to get a refund of any sort. WHY AM I BEING PUNISHED FOR WANTING MONEY BACK SINCE I STAYED IN A LESSER ROOM THAT IS CHEAPER THAN WHAT I PAID?

I was double charged on my Walmart card for two rooms when I only booked one. $69.91 was taken off my card.
I made several attempts to call and connected with Super.com representatives. Both stated that I was only charged for one room, specifically the king-size bed room, but I was charged for a two-bed room at $71.91. I then asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for an additional ten minutes on top of the approximately thirty-minute wait time, before she returned to the call and put me on hold again.
Then, the phone call was disconnected. I've tried many times since then but still no results!

Good evening -
My name is Kevin Krusz and I am trying to cancel a reservation, which was booked through Super.com.
I made two, consecutive telephone calls to (844) 461-****. I pressed 1, for travel, and 2 to cancel a reservation.
After entering 2, I was placed on hold, and then the call was disconnected. This happened during both telephone calls!
I need to cancel Reservation # B_1413**** for September 8th through September 9th, at the Allegria Hotel, in Long Beach, NY.
The reason for cancelling is, my 87 year-old mother was re-admitted to the hospital this week (Bristol Hospital, Bristol, Connecticut), therefore, she cannot travel.
She has fallen and broke her hip. This reservation was made well in advance, and as a getaway for my mother.
Unfortunately, you cannot predict these type of accidents in advance, or I would have certainly cancelled.
Is it possible to receive a refund, or at least a credit to be used for future travel?
I am asking you to please help me and honor my request.

Verified ReviewerConfusion your ad mijust like every other third party booking agency, they are deceitful, fraudulent n dishonest with all their extra fees being printed four or five pages back in reservation
I booked a room according to Google with no resort fees. The booking site showed a total amount due. Did not state there were any other fees ...the amount said total.
Got to hotel after long drive and was asked for additional 350..
I booked room because was a very cheap rate, had found out earlier this week I've got terminal cancer n was gonna splurge a few of my social security check and get room for night since me n my service dog live in my truck and it's been a very long hot summer in vehicle 24/7. Needless to say I don't have that kind of money which is EXACTLY WHY I LOOKED UP NO RESORT FEE HOTELS.
I left hotel in tears and am now back in desert in my truck. I don't know why all companies are so deceitful and dishonest and hide behind third party stay away from booking sites crooked companies to handle their *** cause they're too busy thinking of more ways to screw the American public to care about how they are screwing everyone

An update:Super.com told me to call the hotel to ask for my refund. The hotel gave me a FULL REFUND.
Super.com got the email stating this fact. They (super.com) told me (via email) to wait for 2 weeks while they processed my refund, then they sent another email after 2 weeks, then another email after 2 weeks. All emails say the same thing (they might as well be copying and pasting). They are trying to wait me out.
What appears to be a too-good-to-believe deal is never a good deal with these people. Mind you, we call these JOKERS super.com almost every week. This is totally egregious.
Please never use them for your travel NEEDS. They are a ripoff company.
Super.com has failed me again. On August 4, 2024 they sent me an email, from Super Travel Amendments Team, which said they are looking at my matter and it will take 14 business days.
After the said time I didn't hear from super.com so I contacted them. They have gone silent on me as they haven't sent me any email.What should I do?
I am at my wits end and all I want is for my matter to be resolved. Is that to much too ask for?
Super.com seems to me too do a run around on me. They have asked me to get a free cancellation refund from the hotel.Now I have repeatedly told them(super.com) I didn't take my trip because of unavoidable circumstances hence didn't take my trip.
For the life of me I don't understand why I need to contact the hotel yet I dealt with super.com and paid them the money.Why the run around? All I want from super.com is to have my issue resolved.Is that too much to ask for?
super.com did contact me asking how they could assist me and then they have gone silent. Very strange customer service I must admit.

Further to the Booking Successful! Confirmation Number B_1415****, as my partner and I will not be coming to Cancun, Mexico the bank has advised me to ask for a reversal of payment from super.com back to my Card.
Any help accorded to us will be highly appreciated

Stay away! Bait & Switch tactics on rooms provided & refund policy.
Hotel room was intentionally light on details to obscure the fact that they are renting out rooms in a different part of the Congress Plaza Hotel than youd otherwise normally get from the front desk.
Their 2 double bed rooms dont have a refrigerator or good climate control & are much more aged than the Lakeview rooms. Really disappointed that they dont make this clear.
Also I specifically added the refundable option to the rate because Im leery of these 3rd party booking companies but they LIED!
The terms under the very bold heading of REFUNDABLE UNTIL MAY 19th 2024 were - if we approve your reason for requesting a refund ie for health reasons, travel emergencies etc.
Most companies sell this as trip insurance instead of falsely advertising it as fully refundable. ITS ONLY REFUNDABLE IN VERY VERY SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
Just call a spade a spade - THATS TRAVEL INSURANCE AND NOT CALLED REFUNDABLE!!!

I cancelled my super.com plus membership over a month ago, and even tonight, they are still trying to charge me! This needs to stop, or I'll order another card and tell everyone I know to never, ever use your company to book hotels.
I am a small business owner, and I've gotten twenty people to use your service to book rooms. I will tell every one of them what you are doing to me.

By far the worst experience ever. Still after they tried to charge my card 50 something times I've asked them to remove my info from their site and I also made sure everything was canceled in every way possible they still got money from me that they did not have right to have and refuse to refund me although I was not subscribed to anything with them.
And even the last two days they have attempted to get more money from me 4 more times. Never again. People y'all will be done the same way!
Don't even attempt to use this 3rd party site. It's def not worth it at all.

I booked my reservation, but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me there were no rooms available. This isn't fair because I'm not in my hometown.
I endured so much before I could find another hotel, La Quinta. Super.com is supposed to check with the hotel to make sure they have rooms available.

We had booked a hotel whose room was impossible to stay in because of a previous guest who had vomited in it. There were no more rooms in the hotel, so they offered us our money back and we had to book another hotel.
Now, the hotel says that they have contacted you and that you do not want to give them the money back before you confirm it with us.
We have not received any contact from you and now want our money back. The booking was made by my wife, Jenny Knapp.

No one care, if you have "special needs" for 80-year-olds, you should have done your homework. Lesson learned on your part. Hope this helps!
