They scam you out of your rewards and travel bookings

I did a whole bunch of rewards through super+. Com they refuse to give me the rewards.They hang up on me when I call even with the bank.And even with the people that I did the rewards for tell them that they were done, they refused to pay.They're very rude.They'll tell you every time you call that it'll be within 24 hours up to 48 hours they like to scam, you just don't even play with them.It's the best advice I can give

Took my payment and didn’t give me my reservation

Treat your customers better by responding in a timely manner and not totally ignoring them. I got to the hotel at 2:50 p.m.

and found out that no reservation was sent over to the hotel for me. I waited over 2 hours to speak to someone, and then I had to leave and book at a different hotel at 6:15 p.m. after being told that the hotel was fully booked. I am never, ever going to use super.com in the future.

The biggest insult was that my payment, which I used to book the hotel, was issued to me in super.com credits.

How insulting! I requested that my refund should be returned to my original method of payment.

The most horrific customer service center ever

Every time I make a phone call to the Super.com customer service number, I am met with such hostility and attitude. Nobody who works for this website seems to have any idea of what customer service is.

They are all a bunch of wild animals who will talk over you and get loud for no reason. I think Super.com needs to reevaluate their entire customer service staff.

These people need to be as far away from the phones as possible and never allowed to interact with another customer again. I also think that some anger management classes would do them some good.

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: Double check dates before you pay. Their calendar on their site where you select the dates will sometimes change and the dates will move and change as you hit “book” and when they payment is completed you will see that the hotel you booked is for a different date.

Do not give refund even with proof!!!

I am flying to Vancouver Island for work, its my first shift. Two on two off, I accidentally booked the wrong day for my hotel and had to change it.

I said I was going for work and it says in there terms they would give a refund if it thats what it was for. I emailed them asking to change the day by one because it was the wrong one. They made me go through this super long process and it took about 35 minutes to do and 10 minutes after I e mailed them I get an e mail wanting more proof that its for work and a letter with my companies letter head to prove its for work. I also called the call centre and paid for the insurance for the refund if it was the wrong day and they did not honour that.

Ive been off work for months and this is my last bit of money and I cant afford to lose $134 right now as Ive had no income and my savings are drained. It was an honest mistake and I just wanted to change my reservation for a day earlier and they are making things so incredibly difficult and I wont be using them ever again. I suggest you dont as well.

Even though they have the lowest prices at the time. Terrible terrible customer service and contact is all AI generated.

Resolved: Cancel reservation

We were experiencing norovirus symptoms on our way to a one-year-old birthday party. This is a super spreader, and for the well-being of all the guests, we opted to stay home.

I enquired about a cancellation or rebooking for a later date and was told the cancellation date was 2 days prior to my inquiry. I understand the rules, and I did not pay extra to cancel, so I was sure I would have to take the financial loss. Fortunately, my sister-in-law was able to use my reservation, so it all turned out ok. The representative was pleasant and informative.

Lesson learned for the future: I will buy the cancellation insurance. Thanks for reaching out.

I told him they were screwing me out of hundreds of dollars. And they said they didn't care that they would look, they said, oh, we don't have control over it, we can't tell you what I remember.

Prices are we can't even look at it, because we're incapable, they're incapable of doing anything good for anything, productive. It only shows member prices whenever you're not logged in as a member. When you log in as a member, the plane is just here that's $15 a day. How many days have I gotten through this?

Too many all the cash back that you're supposed to get, you don't get it, they lie.

Do they overcharge you $15 a day and they never give you your cash back, which is about $10 a day, they're screwing you out of almost $30 a day, and they cannot tell you where it's going or how to get it back, they just lie and lie, why would they do that, why would you see the member price before you log in, go log out, you'll see it again, log in, it disappears every single time they do it on purpose, it's a scam. And we need to do a class action suit against them

Wrong reservation date

Reservation date was off by one day, and apparently can't change any dates or get any refunds. And basically, we already have your money attitude. We will never use their service again.

I disputed the transaction after I wasn't able to get my cancellation added back into my account. I will. Never try booking a room online again they are supposed to stipulate before booking the room not after you purchase it

Days inn Springfield MO waited until after the purchase to say no cancellations when I went to check in they did not accept my i.d because I had a Springfield MO address. They told me to have super.com to call them and possibility of a return back into my account. Never heard anything back

Cold shower , keep changing rooms 3xs in 5 hrs.

First room TV didn't work, cold water. 2nd room cold water.

3rd room lukewarm water. The whole reason for stopping and getting a room was a hot shower and rest. Our last room change was at 10 PM, 5 hours after checking in because they kept saying that they reset the hot water tank to give it another 30 minutes. Nowhere they moved us to had hot water during our stay.

Went from a little room to a big room to an even smaller room. Never had a chance to unwind and relax or shower. Waste of time to stop here.

Stressful whole time here. Stay somewhere else.

No not shower no time to relax with changing rooms three times

Checked in early to get a hot shower and be able to relax. No hot water and no TV first room, second room no hot water, third room finally got a hot shower in the morning because it was 9:30 at night when we are changing ours from our second or third room by that time we were beating so never got to sit on and relax never got a hot shower never got to soak and relax which is what we paid for a room for overall very disappointed

The wrong reservation was sent to my hotel

After waiting on hold forever I was hung up on before my issue was even resolved. The wrong reservation was sent to my room and now I'm having issues with Management on my booking. Need to get this resolved in a timely fashion, yeah now I have to go sit on hold forever again and hope that I don't get hung up on again

Emergency cancelation of a room

I booked a room; they took my money, sent me a confirmation number. When I went to check in, the hotel clerk said my reservation wasn't complete.

This was last night. It's now the next evening, and they still haven't resolved my issue.

I'm outside the hotel trying to check in. The operators are no help at all also.

Membership cancelation

Super com - Membership cancelation

I no longer have access to the number I used to sign up, and I need to cancel my membership. They tried to charge me for it, and when that didn't go through, they tried to charge me double, from $15 to $30. I blocked the business through my bank until I can manage to get a hold of somebody.

They refunded me my money and I told the agent that they needed to send the hotel red roof plus an invoice so she can resend one back so we can get my money back but the agent keep hanging up
