There is no way to contact them directly from México. No one answer your e-mail, it is very difficult to contact an agent.

SUPER.COM is a *** SCAM. I paid for a King Size bed but was moved to a Queen because the room was messed up and smelled like urine.

Super.com told me I am being charged in order to call the hotel to see if my story checks out.

Super.com then told me I have to pay a fee in order to get a refund of any sort. WHY AM I BEING PUNISHED FOR WANTING MONEY BACK SINCE I STAYED IN A LESSER ROOM THAT IS CHEAPER THAN WHAT I PAID?

I have never dealt with such a *** company in my life and the way that you guys treat your customers is outrageous. I am definitely never going to use you guys again and let everybody know not to use you guys again trust me I'm going to be putting comments or what do you do reviews about how horrible your company is all over your website and I'm going to go on other formats where people go on and let them know not to use your company cuz y'all are all b***** scammers. I am so glad I'm dealing with other online booking sites instead of you guys because I swear to God I've never been so unsatisfied in my life with a company then with you.

The hotel that I had booked was being renovated, and everything was a mess. Most of the amenities were shut down; I had to get out of there.

My initial chat representative was not very helpful. I ended up calling customer service. There were lots of hoops to jump through, but eventually, we got reimbursed. My representative, Rose, was kind and helpful.

I love your options and prices. I have gotten some great deals.

I was getting a Lyft and saw the add. That you get paid to play games. So I signed up. Money was taken out of my checking account twice with in a few days. I don't understand why money was taken out of my account. It was never refunded. I work to hard for my money to let people scam me out of it.
