How someone will answer to me ?I booked a room and the hotel didnt want take the booking. He didnt know the website.
He cancelled I want to be refound. I tried to call the number in case of problèm during the chekin but it didnt work.
And nobody want to answer me. The chat is not working eather.

I’ve already said on the review I made with Snaptravel, it’s been far to long for the refund to come back to me. Please make refund today or I’m going to AFCA Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
I’m not messing around no more this is outrageous I’m very very unhappy with Snaptravel not refunding my hotel booking of $260 I didn’t even show up at the hotel to be booked in.
The Oaks told me they have to Cancel my booking and couldn’t explain to me to much information. They said Snaptravel should refund me my money back in full as the Oaks never received the money from me.

- if a customer changes the check-in date, room type, or other reservation details without Snaptravel’s confirmation;
- refusal to provide authorization for security and incidentals at check-in; failure to pay for a resort, cleaning and/or other ancillary fees;
- Snaptravel or the hotel has already accommodated a free upgrade or equal alternative to the original booking;
- failure to provide the documentation required for check-in (passport, national ID card, visas, etc);
- where the booking has not been confirmed by Snaptravel;
- payment failure.

How do i get my refund?I booked and paid for a hotel April 24, 2020 that i wasn't able to stay in because they didn't accept my card. So you guys charged my card but The Lamp Liter didn't accept it.
The lady at front desk told me i would get my refund within 5-7 buisness days.

Wow! You're the FIRST (and probably last) person I've ever known to get a refund through Snaptravel! That's their scam; it's all an automated thing that doesn't really take much work and lets them bump down about $20 from what other sites show, but if the slightest thing goes wrong, they simply let the automation tell you to look at the middle finger carefully and submit "more specific details" until you give up!
