How someone will answer to me ?

I booked a room and the hotel didnt want take the booking. He didnt know the website.

He cancelled I want to be refound. I tried to call the number in case of problèm during the chekin but it didnt work.

And nobody want to answer me. The chat is not working eather.

Wow! You're the FIRST (and probably last) person I've ever known to get a refund through Snaptravel! That's their scam; it's all an automated thing that doesn't really take much work and lets them bump down about $20 from what other sites show, but if the slightest thing goes wrong, they simply let the automation tell you to look at the middle finger carefully and submit "more specific details" until you give up!

How can I get my refund

I’ve already said on the review I made with Snaptravel, it’s been far to long for the refund to come back to me. Please make refund today or I’m going to AFCA Australian Financial Complaints Authority.

I’m not messing around no more this is outrageous I’m very very unhappy with Snaptravel not refunding my hotel booking of $260 I didn’t even show up at the hotel to be booked in.

The Oaks told me they have to Cancel my booking and couldn’t explain to me to much information. They said Snaptravel should refund me my money back in full as the Oaks never received the money from me.

According to the SnapTravel help section, if you are unable to check in to the hotel with your Snaptravel reservation, you should receive a full refund. You should not receive a refund in the following circumstances:
  • failure to arrive at the hotel on time or at all;
  • if a customer changes the check-in date, room type, or other reservation details without Snaptravel’s confirmation;
  • refusal to provide authorization for security and incidentals at check-in; failure to pay for a resort, cleaning and/or other ancillary fees;
  • Snaptravel or the hotel has already accommodated a free upgrade or equal alternative to the original booking;
  • failure to provide the documentation required for check-in (passport, national ID card, visas, etc);
  • where the booking has not been confirmed by Snaptravel;
  • payment failure.

According to the SnapTravel support article, you can check your refund policy on your Snaptravel confirmation page which was sent to your email. You can also access the confirmation page online by typing 'my bookings' in your Snaptravel messaging thread.
If your booking is refundable, you can cancel it following the steps provided at snaptravel.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/480********-how-do-i-cancel-a-booking-.

How do i get my refund?

I booked and paid for a hotel April 24, 2020 that i wasn't able to stay in because they didn't accept my card. So you guys charged my card but The Lamp Liter didn't accept it.

The lady at front desk told me i would get my refund within 5-7 buisness days.

Its been over a month now and still no refund. Ive waited patiently for some time now and i want my refund please and thank you.

How do I get my refund ?

I booked the hotel , drove a hour to the hotel & they told me that I couldn’t check in bc the payment wasn’t processed over to the ramadas hotel in Charlotte , So they then told me that if I contact you guys that I booked with I should get a automatic refund. why do the hotel not have my reservation on their records

i made a reservation i paid for it and they gave me a confirmation and all that but when i got to the hotel to check in they told me my reservation isint on their computer then they told me that my confirmation number wasnt a confirmation number .

Cambio en la reserva

Hola, como estan? Tengo una reserva con el numero de confirmación de reserva: B_513**** La reserva original es del 13 al 17 de abril, aunque me gustaria poder cambiarlo del 13 al 16 de abril, es posible?

Segun las preguntas frecuentes deberia dar de baja la reserva, que es reembolsable, y emitir nuevamente la reserva, aunque en caso de hacer eso mi precupación es no encontrar disponibilidad en el hotel para dichas fechas.
