We checked into Motel 6 for the weekend as a treat for my wife and me. We wanted to do some swimming that weekend as it seemed like they had a nice pool. We checked in at night and woke up the next morning intending to swim. However, we found that the pool hadn't even been maintained or opened yet. It was repulsively filled with trash and clutter, with some even floating on top of the pool cover. The place was very dirty and littered with rubbish. The following day, the temperature was in the 90s and the air conditioner was not working. We reported this to the front desk but were told that nothing could be done at the time and no other room was available. The room we were in smelled strongly of smoke and mold and had no fire detector, so we decided to leave and check into a different hotel before the next day's checkout.

I have made several complaints, filled out all the necessary forms, and even received confirmation that they had received them and that I would be getting a refund. But then I was presented with the excuse that I also had to contact the hotel to obtain some type of cancellation policy and have them contact the company about the refund. I'm tired of being given the runaround—all I want is what I'm owed for a terrible experience at an extremely unsanitary hotel. This hotel should be investigated.

So, please give me the refund that I requested. I've done everything required on my end. Even when I try to contact the hotel, they're tired of my calls and complaints. They have identified me through Caller ID and will not answer my phone calls anymore or even hang up on me. I can't do anything more on my part, so it's up to someone else to resolve this issue, finalize it, and give me my requested refund which is owed to me. Thank you.

I had booked my son's room before he arrived. The clerk said that as soon as he walked in the door, there weren't any more vacancies.

She had given his room to someone else who had a child, and she didn't enter it into the system in time to check with the online booking company I had booked with. She never apologized and told me to call the online booking company. Then, they would call her and she could refund my funds. In the past, I have successfully booked rooms for two weeks straight without any problems.

It was pure negligence on her part and my son had to sleep on the streets! I'm so disappointed because that was all of my funds and my son doesn't have anywhere to go!

I need my funds ASAP! This needs to be rectified NOW!

You used a 3rd party middleman to book a room. The 3rd party agency does not know at any given time how many rooms a particular hotel may have available.

They do not share the same software, they are 2 different companies and are not directly related. When you book with a middleman, it takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes for the booking to show up in the hotel's system. During that time lag, the hotel is 100% unaware of you and your booking and anyone calling the hotel and booking direct or walking in, will get that last room. The hotel does not have your funds.

You are the customer of the booking company and they have your money.

The hotel did nothing wrong and no doubt the front desk attendant tried their best to explain the situation to you, but you wouldn't listen. If your son had nowhere to sleep, that was your fault!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I first used super.com in 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience due to its low prices and nothing went wrong. I've booked multiple stays and everything went smoothly.
The problem occurs if the booking goes wrong, which can happen with super.com somehow.
In 2024, I attended the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting in Omaha and used super.com to book rooms.

The Annual Meeting is a popular event in Omaha that takes place every May, with many people visiting from all around the US and the world.
However, when I arrived at the location, the manager didn't check me in because he claimed that super.com had not sent him any reservation for me. Super.com tried to help me but to no avail. Super.com informed me that I could book a room in the same area and that I would receive a refund.
I checked for rooms in the area and found that the prices were very high and most were unavailable due to the event. After double and triple checking with super.com support that they would refund the difference between the old booking and the new booking, I checked multiple times with support due to the considerable difference and they assured me that it was fine.
After my visit, I filed an amendment form and did everything else super.com asked of me and that's when problems started.

They refunded me just for the original booking, which was why I had double and triple checked with them to avoid any misunderstandings. They constantly promised that they would refund the difference between the old and new bookings, and they reassured me that I would receive a follow-up email in one day; however, I never received an email. Whenever I called, they would inform me that I would receive a phone call from their supervisors, but I never received a call back.
Ultimately, it's up to me how I handle this situation. I am now trying to let this go, despite it being painful to accept the substantial loss from this experience as Omaha was fully booked at the time, and the difference was considerable.
However, I also believe that it wasn't wise of Super.com to create such a painful experience.

I normally refrain from writing this kind of thing because most American companies are rather too kind in dealing with such situations, but I have to admit, this was a painful experience because of the amount of money involved - it's approximately a $700 loss for me.
I think Super.com is fine to use with low expectations. It is a good solution if you have easy backups for your stay (for example, other hotels whose rates are not significantly different at that moment).

But, if you confront any challenging situations, lower your expectations in terms of their service.
I've started to internalize that it's my fault for believing what the support told me, just because at the point that it's just better to move on. Tom much stress is not good :(

Hi, after the verification, I didn't find my reservation for hotel Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach. I want to know why the hotel Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach doesn't have my reservation.

The reception of the hotel told me that I have the reservation for another hotel: Iberostar Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort. It's not the same hotel, I don't want this hotel, it is not good, far from the beach.

I paid for a reservation on October 8, 2024. I am a homeless person.

I arrived at the office in the morning. Because I entered the office with my luggage, the manager said with an attitude, 'May I help you?' She continued with her attitude after I told her I had a reservation. She said with a bad attitude, 'Check-in is at 3pm and you can't stay in here. Get out of here.' I asked her, 'Why are you talking with such a bad attitude?' She said with attitude again, 'I can cancel your reservation for free and you can get off my property.' I told her, 'You make me not want to rent out the room again.' She still said, 'I can go ahead and cancel your reservation for free.' I said no because I am homeless and have nowhere to go.

She said again, 'I can cancel you and just get off my property.' I told her again, 'I don't want to cancel and I am sorry', even though I know I didn't do her any wrong. I even had a guy who was a worker with her, and if he says different he would be lying. Her attitude was bad with me and my guest. What made me feel so bad is it seemed like she hates homeless people who have nowhere to go.

Later that day, I came back at 3pm only to find out she cancelled my reservation. She said that we left the room dirty and it took them 2 to 3 hours to clean the room that didn't pass expectations. They went as far as saying we are banned from that Motel 6. This is a blatant lie that the room took 2 to 3 hours to clean because the day before, we gave the maid all our trash.

Plus, the day we checked out, we gave another maid the rest of our trash. All that was left in the room were crumbs on the floor. If I am not mistaken, isn't it the maid's job to tidy the room? I don't know why she told such a lie about us because we are homeless.

This is not fair. If I don't get my refund back, I am accusing the hotel of discrimination. We were so tired and we lost over $92 that someone helped us with to get this room. This is so unfair how we were treated so badly.

I need my money back on my card ending in 8506. My confirmation for the room was # B_1595**** . We already feel down and out. We are homeless and to be treated so poorly with bad customer service.

That manager doesn't need to be in that position because her attitude stinks. We were very polite to her, and she returned it with a stinking attitude.

If I don't get my money back, I am going to leave a bad review on super.com and Motel 6. She is making it bad for everyone.

They have been charging my card twice a month for $14.99 for the past six months. I have called a hundred times for them to cancel it and they still haven't.

I only used them one time and it ended up costing me more than the hotel room did. Complete scam artists.

Stop charging my bank account immediately

There is no stopping this fraudulent company once they think they have a bite. They have continued to try and take money from my bank account and the amount has progressively gotten larger even after I had to speak with my bank and let them know never to accept any charge from them.

And it's still impossible for me to get into the account that I made with them because I no longer have the original phone number I created it with. Big time scam.

Fraudulent and very aggressively trying to take money out of my bank account. Also the amount that they would try to take progressively got larger and larger even after I spoke with my bank and told them never to accept any charge that came from them.

I am furious about this issue because I deleted your app from my phone and no longer have access to the original phone number I used when creating my account. So now when I install the app, I can't access any part of my account or even have a simple chat with an agent at super.com.

This is because absolutely anything I attempt directs me straight to phone verification without any alternative options except to use the phone number I no longer have access to. This is a real issue as super.com continues to charge my bank account for $14.99, and I have no way to cancel that. I definitely will never use the service again.

I was tricked into a free trial to use a feature I wanted to check out one time. Please urgently cancel any and all links of mine tied to this scam company ASAP.

Never answered the phone. The hotel pool was closed.

That was the reason we were staying here. The clerk told us we could have a refund even if it was non-refundable. This was the hotel's mistake for advertising the pool, but having it closed. I was charged a second time for a room I never checked into.

I called Best Western and was assured the second charge would be refunded. The receipt stated that these charges are the hotel's charges and they are refundable.

Super.com will not refund, even if it was the hotel's mistake. It should be SuperScam.com.

First you people will not answer the phone. Best Western.

Paid via Super.com. Non refundable. The hotel advertise a swimming pool. It was closed unable to be cleaned until the next day.

Clerk said because it is THEIR fault then she will give me a refund. She billed me again then supposedly gave me a refund. Super.com will not.

Why? Super.Scam more like it.

Yes when I booked the room I was not told that there was a limit on pets wait and we booked the room and when I got to the reservation motel they refused me a room because of the weight of the pet and I need my money refunded for this room I know there's no cancellation and non-refundable but this is beyond my control I was not told about the pet and someone needs to refund it's not in your advertisement if you have pets make sure to check weight limits
