I did a whole bunch of rewards through super+. Com they refuse to give me the rewards.They hang up on me when I call even with the bank.And even with the people that I did the rewards for tell them that they were done, they refused to pay.They're very rude.They'll tell you every time you call that it'll be within 24 hours up to 48 hours they like to scam, you just don't even play with them.It's the best advice I can give

I will never use their services again and I am doing my best to make sure everyone is aware. There was an error in the booking and they chose not to get it fixed.

When it happened to me again when I booked that Monday because I still needed the room, I'm convinced the error was not me. I have been booking rooms for years using the Internet.

The fact that twice I was booked in Portland ME tells me something was going on with the system on the internet. The second booking agency got me a refund right away.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After multiple calls and emails, finally refunded.

Do not give up. They will do everything they can to make getting a refund as hard as possible.

Be persistent. Customer service is severely lacking as they do not give phone reps any authority to do anything.

Checked into hotel and realized room had been booked twice. Hotel had no problem canceling the second room, but said I needed to contact super.com for refund.

I called super.com and representative said she needed the hotel to email me a letter that verified a full refund for the room charge. She said I would then have to send the letter to super.com to get the refund.
It should have been as simple as the super.com representative calling the hotel for verification and then the charge should have been reversed.
The customer service sucks. I believe it is set up to be difficult and confusing so the customer gives up and super.com keeps the money. Its a bunch of crap and in no way serves the consumer.

Its laughable that to get help the consumer is directed to "pissedconsumer.com". Its like they are trying to *** people off.

Motel 6 was cockroach infested. They also rented a room that had plumbing issues and thought it was fine to rent it out.

Went to staff, refused until my 3rd time asking for room switch. Then the room from *** Cockroaches everywhere. Sprayed bug spray, cleaned with bleach. Spoke to staff.

Nothing. Spoke to Super.com, never was told they would credit me to move motels. Next day, asked for refund, anything. Told no.

Rude staff very uncaring. What a terrible experience.I have reached out to Super.com, Cash app, Motel 6 corporate. So far no help. States owner will not refund since I didn't leave upon finding these issues.

So today I emailed the BBB and health department. Health department will be sending someone out to investigate. I have emailed super and motel 6 4 times each..no help at all. Horrible to know people think it is ok to have a roach infestion in your room.

Housekeeping states it is due to long term guests not having their room cleaned. Homeless people not showering, the drugs in the hotel. People leaving food everywhere. Furthermore, the owner had armed security at his side for what purpose, to intimidate clients.

He told us he would call the cops on us for just standing there. REALLY?? All I asked for was a refund for 1 night. Horrible motel.

Now I know why the say in their commercials " We will leave the lights on for you"!!! LOL

You obviously used AI, or Photoshop, to make it appear that there were bugs in your room. They are not falling for that, and you accuse them of being rude.

There is obviously more to this story. NO ONE threatens to call the cops for no reason.

First off were you in my room, NO. Both rooms had roaches.

Photoshopped my *** I complained to staff and staff could have cared less.

So before you make any assumptions about my stay, remember you weren't in my damn room. Yes the front desk staff was rude and frankly my dear didn't give a *** So back off.

I booked a room at the Econo Lodge, and when I got there, they told me there was a $50 incidental deposit fee. I told them I didn't have it, and it didn't show anywhere on the website that there was a deposit fee.

They told me to contact the third-party website (super.com), so I did, and all I wanted was a transfer to another hotel that didn't make you put a deposit down, and the guy at Econo Lodge said that y'all do that all the time.

Well, they didn't want to help me at all; they pretty much told me I'm screwed out of $50 I just booked for the room. Never got a refund or anything; I had to sleep outside in the cold.

what happen with another reservation for a hotel in Motel six looked up the confirmation code. And the clerk tell said it wasnt it.

I did it multiple times and he tried to look for my name and birth year but they didnt put anything in. they did charge me twice I demand for my second refund which cost me not to be able to stay at the hotel anymore.

I still have not been refunded and have to go through my credit company to get the money back. There was *** and blood and holes on the bed; they don't do housekeeping every day, just once a week on Wednesday.

I mean, this is disgraceful for a hotel.

I have seen hostels with way better conditions for the same price. Never again will I choose any of their hotels.

Went to my bank (Chase) and had all the charges reversed. “Super”.

Com was a scam.Purchased the refund insurance then was told I couldn’t apply it becouse of the reason for my cancellation of a booking. The room that was issued to us looked like a crime scene with blood stained pillows, no sheets on the bed , dirty sheets piled on the dresser and the tv didn’t work, No room key card, half used toilet paper roll.

They said I had to go to the booking hotel and get a receipt for my cancellation instead of them just sending an email or calling the hotel themselves so they want me to do all the footwork after everything I’ve been through when they have a direct line of contact with each other. They want me to be the middleman.

I booked accommodations through super.com needed to change my room reservations to a different style of room. I was directed to book the new room I desired and canceled the existing reservation.

This was the process I was instructed to do. after completing the second reservation, I called Studio six Motel and they confirmed that my first reservation was canceled and my second reservation is valid upon arrival at Studio 6 motelin North Las Vegas, I checked in, was told by reception that they had no keys for the units, but he would let me in, when he let me in what I found was: a bed that had not been made and the mattress cover half off, this sheets from the previous occupant were wadded sitting on the dresser.. sitting next to this was a pillow with magic marker written on it Southern Nevada Health District DMG 12/22/25, with three circles on the pillow, and it read blood stains, the tub was filthy. The bathroom was filthy.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom and the TV didnt work no cable or Internet connection. all of this is not super fault however when I refuse the accommodations because they were deplorable and I canceled my reservation I might add that I purchased cancel reservation insurance for both reservations super8.com. Refuses to give me a refund even though I did not occupy one of their contaminated biohazard rooms. Furthermore, I found an additional charge of $59 applied to my credit card from super.com and I havent even gotten a straight answer of what that charges for.

I surely didnt authorize it to say that I would never use super.com goes without saying but Im going to tell everybody I can at every chance I get how horrible super eight treated me and how disgusting the rooms at Studio 6 are. I will say this, though when I did ask for extra pillows, I was given two pillows both with no pillowcases. I had to go to my bank for them to intervene and attempt to get my money back and I thought I was so smart to get cancellation insurance.

That alone is a scam. I encourage everybody never to use super.com tales.com did me RIGHT super.com super sucks.com.

I made a reservation via Super.com for Days Inn at Cheyenne, WY. The website said the Days Inn was pet-friendly.

I was traveling with my pet dog.

Upon arrival at Days Inn, I discovered the pet-friendly policy had changed.

Further research led to the discovery that each Days Inn may have different pet-friendly policies—accepting pets or not accepting pets.

On the Days Inn website, they state Days Inn is pet-friendly.

The fact is that any one Days Inn may permit pets or not permit pets, and the only sure way to know is to contact the specific Days Inn and confirm the pet-friendly policy.

Dear sir We did our best to try to resolve the matter with you in a nice manner. But you have not only been unfair to us but more painful to literally telling us that we should be shame of ourselves for what we are claiming!!Can you please let me know which part of our experience is not true?1- the lift was out of order for almost 3 days2- the reception told me on the second day that it will be repaired on Saturday which did happen and we believed them and stayed because we could not book another place at midnight and no time on Saturday as we had to go out for what we travelled for3- my partner is disable and can send you the photo of get disability card if you wish to prove it to youWith all that instead of being polite and understand in you are adding more pain to our experience accusing us that we are not honest and should be ashamed!!Is that’s good business conduct? !I am sorry for you and your organisation that gave staff with such mentality.We shall take the matter with local authorities as they have manners and understanding before making judgments.If there is evidence for the truth you can no accuse people of such thing as yo-yo have.I am sorry for you.

We booked Mantra Hotel in Castle Hill, NSW, Australia through Super.com as a 4-star hotel in the first week of December. Should I say that I regret it?

Because their only lift worked when we arrived and then broke down and was unavailable for the next 3 days by which time we had left. It was one of our most miserable stays in a hotel because we are old and disabled. With no lift to go to the 4th floor from the car park, you can imagine what may happen and what pain. We almost had a heart attack on the fire escape stairs, some of which were dark too!

On the weekend when we returned from a birthday party in the middle of the night, we were hoping that the lift was fixed. But it was not. We saw the night manager on the way, and she proudly looked at us and said, 'Well, you have to use the stairs.' Like we did not know it! We sent an email to the hotel manager; they did not respond.

We want our money back, or else we will go to consumer affairs for the hotel claiming to be a 4-star, which is a false claim and advertisement, as 1 poorly maintained lift that cannot be repaired for 3 days is not sufficient for claiming a 4-star rating. We want our money back, and that is the least in compensation.

If you had no issue staying, you should have no issue paying. You are NOT entitled to a refund.

If the conditions were really that bad, you should have left. I am sure that in Australia, there are homeless shelters for people who cannot afford housing.

You are not entitled to your money back if you stayed. You had to have been inconvenienced to the point of checking out early and going elsewhere.

Had you booked directly with the hotel and not been cheap by using Super, you probably could have. Easily. As you found out, you forfeited helpful customer service and paid the price. P.S.

Hotels do not screen guests by age. It is disingenuous to throw that irrelevant piece of information in your complaint.

Dear Sir, Thank you for you reply and suggestions. While we appreciate you suggestion as a measure to resolve the issue I must reiterate the happenings time and circumstances for you to convince you that while we did think of changing the hotel with an early check out but it was not possible because of the following reasons: 1- the lift went out of order on Friday evening while we were out and on our return there was nobody at the reception to check out which was in the middle of the night!

Beside, as mentioned before we are old and disabled. I am sure that you do not need explanations for why two old and disabled cannot manage to check out in the middle of the night and go to another hotel after having to clime to 4th floor which means to bring down all luggages from the stairs on the that floor too in two rounds!! 2- How easy is that to find a hotel and move out in the middle of the night if you were in my place? 3- on Saturday we got up late due to exhaustion of the night before.

I went down on stairs to receiabd enquired about the lift. The man told me they are looking for parts and it will be fixed today. We believed him. Hence continuing with stay and went out for the purpose we travelled to Sydney choosing Mantra in Castle Hill due to distance we needed to go to reach the place we were invited to for Saturday night.

On return in midnight of Saturday, we faced the same problem as Friday and had to climb to 4 th floor. 3- on Sunday morning we had to leave anyway So, with all mentioned above and the circumstances we were at, how could we have changed the Otel with an early checking out. My suggestion to you is this. Please take your commission from the booking as it was not the fault of super.com that the hotel is not what they should be deceiving you and me.

But they should refund the money to you fully and super. Com to pay my money back less their commission. That is fair suggestion. Isn’t it?

We should be compensated for we did not get what we paid for.

You all sent me a confirmation email and sent me confirmation messages explaining that you had booked the room and made a reservation. After seeing this, I made my trip thinking everything was taken care of, only to find out six hours later when I arrived that I did not have a room booked and the price had now doubled.

When I called, none of your customer service representatives would even believe that it was possible for you all to have made a mistake, and upon seeing the proof I forwarded to your customer service support email address, I was eventually and repeatedly told by lower-level employees up to supervisors that there was nothing you all were willing to do. I would never use your service again, and I will advocate to everyone I know to never use this company because of what happened. That is the exact opposite goal your company has set out to achieve.

Not only did you not get me a deal, you literally left me stranded in a foreign city. It is probably the worst thing that your company could do, aside from maybe getting me killed, which God help me if I'm ever in a position where my life depends on your company's capabilities.

I wish I took pictures. They don't have blankets, pillows, or a cleaning crew for the rooms. My bed had potato chip crumbs all under the sheets and the pillows.

I was charged by both Super.com in the amount of $87.16 and Harrison Hotel in the amount of $87.16 for my night of lodging on July 21st. Upon check-in, the Harrison Hotel indicated some sort of miscommunication between Super.com and the Harrison Hotel.

They could see the reservation but said it was not paid. I had to provide my debit card, which is common practice. Harrison then charged my debit card the same amount of $87.16 that Super.com had charged.

The next morning, the hotel manager indicated they would refund my charges. They have not.

Both Super.com and Harrison Hotel have charged my account. I've been double charged for one night of lodging. I attempted to resolve the issue by calling Super.com customer service, hoping for help.

However, the Super.com customer service representative kept talking in circles, making excuses. That is not customer service.

I would like to attach documentation to this chat referencing something I found on the internet indicating Super.com has a customer service rating of 1.3 out of 5. That tells me customer service at the company Super.com is poor, very poor. This is not something I am responsible for taking care of. This is between Super.com and Harrison Hotel not communicating.

I am contacting my bank on Monday, July 28th, indicating neither transaction is valid or authorized. Likely, funds will be taken back from both companies, and neither Super.com nor Harrison Hotel will be compensated.

I don't have much confidence in either Super.com or Harrison Hotel at this point. I hope to hear some sort of timely response, but doubt it will occur. I have used Super.com frequently over the past weeks without issue.

However, when your customer service representative is unhelpful, states that my issue is not Super.com's responsibility and I must deal with the hotel directly, in addition to his inability to speak the English language, making it extremely difficult for me to communicate or have any confidence he understands the message I'm attempting to communicate and have resolved. That is called unaccountability, irresponsibility, lack of integrity, and another internet company I will no longer do business with. Super.com will gladly take my money, profit, and not care about the integrity of business.

I will never use Super.com again. I will also provide a poor opinion on any business blog or survey I can locate regarding what you do, as Super.com has demonstrated they are not a true business.

Preferred solution: For Super.com and the hotel to figure out what we t wrong, who is responsible and as business partners hold one another accountable and resolve the customer issue with little to no hassle to the customer It called business integrity

User's recommendation: Do not use this company to save a few dollars. You will regret it and possible be out a significant amount t of moneyt to save $3 or $4. They have no customer support, no integrity, no accountability.They simply want your money and fo t care what happens during your travel, reservation, booking. You are on your own and likely out money to save a couple bucks. The saying goes... you get what you paid for. Many times in life when you pay less expect to get less. This full describes this enterprise as it is not a true business

Don’t blame the hotel if Super did not transfer what you initially paid. You should have done your research and noted that 1.3/5 prior to using them for booking.

You also had the choice to leave when your paid reservation did not show up. You owe someone the $86. Your attempted grift at thinking you deserve and will dispute both is disgusting.

I can’t wait till Karma comes for you at 10x that $86. Think back to your actions when that unexpected $800+ life expense occurs.

Harrison hotel your morning manager saw my bank account and how I was double charged. He indicated he woyld refund it it.

I waited 3 days and nothing. Your representing at check in ironically saw my reservation but said it wasn't funded. How can that be? It makes no sense.

Ive used Super.com before and over the past two weeks consistently in the Miami Beach area. Ive never had an issue. To me it immediately seemed as if Harrison Hotel was up to something. Thank you for your unprofessionalism it's going to make my banks jib easier seeing I was double charged.

From expect a visit from Miami Dade Safety inspectors electrical inspectors, and even better fire inspectors Yes let's truly hope Karma does it's thing. I've done nothing wrong but am willing to accept whatever Karma feels I deserve. Understand Karma doesn't allow people to use it as a threaten tool to scare those that don't understand Karma thinking it only protects them. You may soon learn if Karma is improperly used it will eat you up and spit you out.

Karma is balance. It is not a weapon for you to threaten either. I fully accept what Karma feel I deserve or need. Whether good or bad, whether I like it or not.

It's about learning to be in balance and a good person.

Ive discoverd people our of balance and doing not good things stop believing in Karma. Either way I pray Karma show mercy and grant us wisdom to learn and stop attempting to use as a threatening tool by the unknowing.

I made that comment and am not with the hotel or Super. This is a consumer forum site visited by 3+ million people a month.

They read reviews and can comment. First, the reservation can be seen AND not funded very easily. Not all reservations are prepaid. Many people arrive at check-in and pay.

Second, whatever happened elsewhere with Super and other reservations has no relevance to THIS reservation if it wasn’t completed by submitting funds to the hotel. Third, call whatever inspector you want to go there. I don’t work there nor care.

And lastly, yes Karma is balance and we all get what we deserve. I stand by my statement since you are disputing both charges trying to evade payment totally.

Sport, when you comment on a public consumer site that allows others to post their opinions, you can expect just that. Are you really trying to get out of payment of services entirely?

Isn't that legally (criminally) known as "theft of service". Karma would be a knock on the door from the police. I think that would be fitting. Oh and before you accuse me of working for hotel, I was already accused yesterday of working for a different hotel hundreds of miles away.

I can't work at both and in reality I work at neither. If I worked at all the places confused complaint writers here have accused me of, my resume would be 500 pages long!
