This company sucks and I don't recommend ANYONE using this service. I was a part of the global shut down and my flight was canceled so I never made it to my hotel reservation.
When I tried to call for a refund they said I had to get the approval of the hotel for a refund. The same hotel that the manager is never there to assist me. I called back asking for help because I booked with Super not the hotel and was told there was nothing they could do although my reason for not checking in was global knowledge. It's ridiculous.
I've been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks and I'm just left in the wind by Super and the hotel...smh.
I'm beyond frustrated. Be careful with Super.com God forbid your a victim of a natural disaster, they don't make your situation any easier.

I had booked at a hotel, unaware of that I needed an ID to check in so I needed to change the name of the booking due to the fact that I have recently lost my ID so I needed to change the name to the person I was going to the hotel with the had an ID so that we had no problems checking it when it came to updating the changes on the booking I received no type of help or solution from customer service nor the site super travel that I booked it through as an addition of no refund
Or Any type of reimbursement no consideration completely screw you over feels like have been scammed through this company.

I booked 7 nights at a hotel through this app. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me they could only honor what I paid for five nights and I had to pay an extra $132.
I've had three online conversations and one verbal, in which I was hung up on after waiting 45 minutes to talk to a supervisor about the situation. They keep telling me they have to wait for their 'travel partners' to get back to them. I have even uploaded the receipt of the extra money I had to pay and I still cannot get compensated for it.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates and called both the hotel and corporate numbers. I was told that it would be fine to arrive the next day by the front desk, as it was supposed to be the correct date.
After an 8-hour drive, I found out that not only had the front desk lied to me, but corporate also refused to do anything about it.
My booking was cancelled as a 'no-show.' I was forced to spend an additional $240 on top of the original $280 for the room. This used to be my go-to place for the event, but not anymore.

Bed bugs were under the mattress as shown in picture below. It was not a handicap room and it was not close to the front.
Spoke to Judy your your customer support. She was rude, she was not empathetic. She talked over me the entire time. When I went to the front desk from her on the phone, she was rude and short with them.
She was advised that my requests were not sent over to the hotel by you all. I relayed that information to Judy and they did as well, she continued to talk over me and them. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor, she kept telling my she couldn't. I moved to 3 rooms.
I was inconvenienced.
Judy didn't care. The worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with in life

Super.com has responded to my query and have asked me to get the hotel's confirmation about our cancellation.I find this method a run around and this is why. I contacted super.com for a service.
They in turn booked me into Dreams Riviera Cancun Resorts & Spa. I didn't fly out to Cancun this is why I am asking for a refund and get my issue resolved.
I never contacted the hotel as I never visited the property.Super.com says I should contact Dreams Riviera Cancun and get the matter resolved. I have responded saying my contact to the hotel was through super.com and it's their fiduciary duty to contact the hotel and not I.Waiting on their response because this run around is extremely unprofessional to say the least.
I haven't received any acknowledgment or response from super.com.
What I want is a resolution. I haven't received a refund or a resolution from super.com.
Personally, I feel their customer service is atrocious and lacking.
You see, they took the money and now they are not following through.
All I am asking for is a resolution and a refund of the money that I paid. That's all.

Super.com stay away from this company. Scammed.
Impossible to deal with any issues. They have stole my money.
My issue is still unresolved. They refuse to give me a refund.
I have been emailing constantly. They just run you from one site to another and never resolve the issue.
I booked a hotel for a trip to Cairns A few weeks later on looking at the app I noticed it was cancelled. I definitely did not cancel the hotel.
I was very worried so emailed the company It took them 3 weeks to reply The email stated that they were very sorry for the confusion but that from there end all was confirmed and the hotel booking was not cancelled. Apologies etc. Well a few months later 2 days before I was leaving for my trip I phoned the hotel to upgrade my room and they informed me it was cancelled Omg bye bye holiday . I felt sick.
I'd been scammed. It's now been over a month and I am so frustrated trying to resolve this issue. No way you can speak to them. I have so much proof I did not cancel hotel but they will not refund my money.

I contacted Super.com through their website and they never got back to me. Their customer service is a joke.
You can't reach a person or even send an email. The help chat is literally a bot; you can't type in what your actual issue is. It just lets you pick from a list and brings you around in circles. There's no option for what my actual issue is, and it's very frustrating.
They say that they pay you to play games. I downloaded the game through their link but they're not tracking my progress at all.
I haven't signed up for their monthly subscription because I was waiting until I reach the threshold at which it would be free for me through collecting my progress from the game. They don't take helping customers seriously at all.

Dude, have you never stayed in a hotel/motel? Of course you need I.D.! The name on the I.D, must match the name on the reservation.
You stay. You pay.
You are the not entitled to a refund. If you cannot afford to pay for the hotel sleep on the streets or a homeless shelter.

None of the travel sites will let you change the name on the booking.(primarily because the name on the booking must also match the name on the payment card used). You better get an ID because a lot of hotels ask for guests ID also. This is also common practice with airline tickets.
