Site booked wrong date
- - Booking site auto-corrected my date to the following week.
- - Front desk was friendly, but refunds need booking-site authorization and support can't help.
I booked for one day, which was for 6/22/26 while traveling to my destination over 2hours away same day and the site auto corrected it for the following week, unknown to me until arriving for check in. I called the customer service while speaking with the front rest staff (front desk was very friendly) and the customer service team on the phone for super.com stated they could refund me for the amount if the front desk emailed them.
The front desk person said they needed an authorization from the online booking site since it was done online.
The super.com agent said they couldnt do anything. So Im b out of the money, yet I booked with the hotel directly, there were no issues

Refund
- - $50 incidental deposit charged, not shown on the site.
- - I was directed to a third-party site for help and there was no refund, and I slept outside.
I booked a room at the Econo Lodge, and when I got there, they told me there was a $50 incidental deposit fee. I told them I didn't have it, and it didn't show anywhere on the website that there was a deposit fee.
They told me to contact the third-party website (super.com), so I did, and all I wanted was a transfer to another hotel that didn't make you put a deposit down, and the guy at Econo Lodge said that y'all do that all the time.
Well, they didn't want to help me at all; they pretty much told me I'm screwed out of $50 I just booked for the room. Never got a refund or anything; I had to sleep outside in the cold.

Want to cancel
Didn’t realize what type of account I was applying for and didn’t think the $15 would be immediately withdrawn. Would like the $15 to be either cancelled from being withdrawn or refunded.

I booked a reservation from July 20 to July 27 at America's Best Value Inn, 4431 W New Haven, Melbourne, FL on July 18, 2026. The management did not accept my reservation.
I was told that they canceled it. I request a refund.

Cancellation of account
Too many fees plus didn't realize that the monthly fee of $15 would be immediately withdrawn, then a 10 percent fee on every transaction.

Room double booked by them. Hotel cancelled the 2nd room and refunded the full price to them.
I have sent them several emails, all with proof from the hotel. No response at all; room was booked for the night of 12 June 2026.

Name change my booking
They worked with me and fixed the issue without any problems. They made sure they were right on it without hesitation.

I was on hold for long time. After I hung up, they emailed me saying they didn't receive a response.
Now they are playing the part of a victim for what they created, over automated live chat. This was done on live chat.
