3rd attempt to apply credits at checkout
My Booking.com account has $168 rewards credits available to use. On the app, I select redeem rewards.
I select apply credits to booking. I select the hotel, dates, and fill out my personal details and confirm stay details. On the final payment page of the booking process, there is NO OPTION to use the reward credits as payment.
I use the help chat feature, which is absolutely zero help. I try to find a way to call customer service, but there is NO phone number on the App NOR the Website.
A deeper Google search result showed a phone number for customer support through a site called "Pissed Consumer" (for good reason)
I was finally able to reach customer service. English was definitely not their first language, and communication was slow and challenging. They struggled to understand the issue, but did confirm that I do indeed have credits available. After ONE FULL HOUR of Being placed on hold MULTIPLE times and being disconnected TWICE and having to call back only to start all over...
they FINALLY find the problem...
it turns out that some hotels do not accept bookings made using Reward Credits (even though I recieved all of my credits from regular bookings at the SAME HOTEL!!!)
Obviously this is quite frustrating, but would have been much less annoying if it hadn't taken an HOUR to figure out!!
Just be warned...
your rewards credits with Super.com might be worth nothing, and if you need assistance from them... may god bless you and protect you.

Dear Super.com Support Team,
I am writing to urgently request the cancellation and full refund of a booking that was unintentionally processed due to a technical issue on your platform.
Here's what happened:
My friend and I were booking a room in Barcelona through your website for three nights (from 26-29 , tomorrow!!!) at a hotel that was originally listed at £350 total.
While attempting to book, we were repeatedly shown an error on the billing information page, despite entering the correct details multiple times (we verified them thoroughly).
After approximately 20 minutes, the session expired and when we refreshed the page, the total price had increased to £500.
Out of frustration and curiosity, I attempted the booking process again using the same billing information and this time it went through instantly without any error or final confirmation step, and I was charged £500 without even reviewing or confirming the total.
This experience feels deeply misleading and unfair. We were essentially prevented by your system from booking at the original lower rate due to a technical error, and then immediately charged a much higher amount without any confirmation prompt.
As students on a limited budget, this has put us in a very difficult financial situation.
We are therefore requesting:
Immediate cancellation of the booking.
A full refund of the £500 charged.
Written confirmation that no further charges will be processed.
Please treat this as urgent, as the booking is for tomorrow and we need time to find alternative accommodation.

Nothing changed they hand up when I call i have ask the conversations recorded they know I'm recording they hand up on me they tell me the same story over and over it will be there tomorrow i've even spoke to somebody at the headquarters.They don't care, they take your money.And that's it.Now i'm involving an attorney now.I'm suing
I have called every time I do the hang up on me every time I call it's the same story.The money be there, then the following day within twenty four hours.Now i'm hiring an attorney.I'm over it.They have all the verification they need for my bank.From all the rewards that I did, they don't want to give me the hundred.And something dollars that owed.So now i'm contacting the attorney and what's going to get worse
My situation was escalated over a week ago. You guys keep telling me every 24 hours it'll be the next day, and it's definitely not the next day. There's $125 in rewards, money that I still have yet to receive.
How do you have a A+ rating with the BBB if you don't do what you say you're gonna do? First and foremost, it says 48 hours, and the rewards should hit post haste to our account, not three weeks later, and I am a paid plus member, so what's going on?

I attempted to resolve an issue around accessing credits, including refunds and my earned promotional cash back credits. Customer service was abysmal.
They retained rightfully earned funds and forced me to get my refund back in their own 'charge card' with exorbitant service fees, even though I cancelled my booking within a valid window. I paid $225 in recurring subscription fees to the company but was treated like dirt.
- In some cases booking fees are lowest available on the internet for hotels
- You pay the difference back in other ways
Preferred solution: Credit back for subscription fees or full value of earned cash back rewards.

Verified Reviewer |Reservation made in wrong city, made immediate email to explain also went ahead and paid for additional hotel in correct area.
Don't expect them to resolve issue outside of them winning. I offered a solution which everyone would win and it showed the company cares about client.
Win/win for ALL involved (it was shown to them clear mistake on my behalf).
All I asked is money be transferred...not reimbursement. They said up to establishment and establishment said them (claiming they never received payment)...each point fingers, but I the consumer lost.
There are always extenuating circumstances, especially with the economy at this time. People are in more hardship than ever.
Please be mindful when people need an exchange, not asking for a refund. Everyone wins, and it shows your clients that you care about them and it’s not just about the money. The typical pointing fingers and “why we cannot help” and “it’s the other person’s responsibility” responses don’t feel good to the struggling client.
Hopefully, I’ve admittedly expressed my situation for the help you can give. I’m your client, not the other business.
Preferred solution: Exchange money's to correct hotel, nobody loses.

I booked and paid for a room almost 2 weeks ago. The hotel canceled it because my ID was expired, and I have yet to get my money back. I provided the cancellation confirmation number the day after the hotel.

Verified Reviewer |I made a mistake and wasn’t paying attention to the date l, I wasn’t asking for a refund just for the dates to be switched and was refused. I wasn’t canceling I just needed to switch dates,
I was lied to, saying the hotel would have to give permission to cancel, so I went to the office. They told me Super World would have to email them, and the lady at Super told me they can't do that.
I didn't want to cancel or have a refund; I just needed the dates changed. I'm pregnant and needed the room for the night.
Preferred solution: A refund now cause I’m pregnant and only needed the dates fixed

These guys make canceling a reservation extremely difficult. The rep had an attitude with me.
I had to cancel a hotel reservation within the window of their fully refundable date due to an ice storm heading to Texas, and they tried denying my refund.
I had to call support and haggle with them to actually get my money back. Do not book with them unless you are almost certain you will be able to make it to your destination, or else they will make it difficult for you.

They took my money and didn't pay the hotel and when you call about it and ask for that pacific day they started talking about another day and study trying to focus on the day that I'm talking about now I'm getting pissed the *** off don't *** with them they're going to rip you the *** off and definitely don't get their membership because they going to charge you twice a month
