Resolved: Super com - Room was booked twice

New ReviewerCompany fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After multiple calls and emails, finally refunded.
Do not give up. They will do everything they can to make getting a refund as hard as possible.
Be persistent. Customer service is severely lacking as they do not give phone reps any authority to do anything.
Checked into hotel and realized room had been booked twice. Hotel had no problem canceling the second room, but said I needed to contact super.com for refund.
I called super.com and representative said she needed the hotel to email me a letter that verified a full refund for the room charge. She said I would then have to send the letter to super.com to get the refund.
It should have been as simple as the super.com representative calling the hotel for verification and then the charge should have been reversed.
The customer service sucks. I believe it is set up to be difficult and confusing so the customer gives up and super.com keeps the money. Its a bunch of crap and in no way serves the consumer.
Its laughable that to get help the consumer is directed to "pissedconsumer.com". Its like they are trying to *** people off.
User's recommendation: Do not use super.com, ever.
Monetary Loss: $121.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
